Beor AI ("we," "us," or "our") operates Atlas, an intelligence analysis platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and job title.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including conversations, queries, uploaded files, and sources you add.

Device & Log Data

We automatically collect standard log information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and access times.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process your queries and deliver AI-generated responses
  • Authenticate your identity and secure your account
  • Communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support
  • Monitor usage patterns to prevent abuse and enforce rate limits
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers to deliver its functionality:

  • Beor AI Model Infrastructure — our proprietary AI model, built on a custom derivation of Google's Gemini architecture, is hosted by Google on dedicated infrastructure. Your inputs are processed on these servers to generate AI responses.
  • Supabase — provides authentication, database, and hosting infrastructure. Your account data and conversation text are stored on Supabase's servers.

We carefully select infrastructure providers that meet our security and privacy standards.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. We use row-level security policies to ensure users can only access their own data. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and conversation data for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual conversations at any time. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. File Uploads

Files you upload (images, documents, videos) are processed in real-time to provide AI analysis. We do not store your uploaded files after the conversation ends. Image and document data is transmitted inline with your request and discarded after processing. Videos are temporarily uploaded for processing and are not retained once the analysis is complete. Only file metadata (name and type) is saved with your conversation history for reference.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
  • Export your data in a portable format

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your authentication session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Session cookies are required for the Service to function and cannot be disabled.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
